Delivery will be made by either Royal Mail or Parcel Courier. A signature may be required upon delivery.

Upgrades to 1st class, Special Delivery and Courier services are available.

Orders weighing less than 2kg will be shipped by Air mail, starting from £13.95.

Orders weighing over 2kg will be shipped by Parcel force Global Value, starting from £28.99 depending on your country.

Delivery Schedule

Please note that all delivery times are from when your order is dispatched and not from the time it's placed.
We aim to process and post all orders within 24 hours of receiving them, excluding Saturday, Sunday and Bank Holidays. Please allow for this processing time when placing your order. We do not offer a guaranteed same day dispatch service.

UK orders will normally arrive in approximately 2 to 5 working days, depending on delivery method selected.

Orders to Europe sent by Air mail will normally arrive in approximately 3 to 6 working days, or if sent by Parcel force Global Value delivery is usually from 5 working days.

Re-Delivery

If an item is returned to us due to you not accepting delivery, or not collecting it within the given time scale on a "Sorry we missed you" card, and you ask us to re-deliver the order an additional delivery charge will be payable.

Shipping to a different address

If you want your order sent to a different address than the one your card is registered to, you will have to register a account with us. This will enable you to add up to three addresses to your address book, which you will then be able to select during the checkout process after interring your payment details on Paypal's secure server.

Damaged Items

Please do not accept or sign for an order which is visibly damaged. If you receive an item which has been damaged in transit, please contact us as soon as possible. We will do our best to provide a replacement as soon as possible. This does not affect your statutory rights.

Faulty Items

In the unlikely event that you receive an item which proves to be faulty we are happy to help. However, we do ask that you notify us of any problem within a reasonable period of time.

Items Received In Error

If you receive an item that you did not order, please notify us as soon as possible.

Lost items

UK
On the rare occasion that items go missing in the post, a full refund will be given 15 working days after the expected delivery date, or a replacement item if available sent. (Royal mail don't consider items to be lost until this time)

Europe
On the rare occasion that items go missing in the post, a full refund will be given 20 working days after the expected delivery date, or a replacement item if available sent. (Royal mail don't consider items to be lost until this time)

Returns Policy

Unwanted or Unsuitable Items

If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase from The Marble Run Shop you may return any item in its original condition within 14 days of purchase for a refund. All products must be returned in their original packaging and in a re-saleable condition (with any seals or wrapping unbroken). Products that are returned in any condition deemed by our company as unacceptable will be returned to the original shipping address. Items deemed unacceptable will not receive an exchange or refund of any kind.
You are responsible for the cost of returning unwanted items to us. Please note that refunds do not include any shipping fee's applied at the time of purchase nor will we refund the cost of any shipping charges applied upon returning products to our company or in the exchange of products unless the reason for the return is due to an error on our part.

How to Return a Product

1. Please email us for a returns authorization, or use the form on the "Contact Us" page. Please provide your order number, and a brief explanation of the problem.

Please pack the items so that they will not be damaged in transit. Include a copy of your receipt/delivery note and a brief note of the reason for return. We recommend that you send the item/items by recorded delivery, as we cannot be held responsible for goods that don't arrive.

Cancellation Policy

If you change your mind about an order that you have placed online then you are able to contact us and cancel it at any time before the order is shipped. We do try to ship orders within 24hours of receipt, all customers will receive a email when shipping has occurred. If the order has already been shipped you will be liable for the return postage and a refund will be given once the item arrives back with us. Please note that refunds do not include any shipping charges.

Cancellation by us

We reserve the right to cancel the order if:

  • we have insufficient stock to deliver the goods you have ordered
  • we cannot obtain payment
  • a product, price, or offer description fault has been identified
  • we do not deliver to your area
  • store collection has been selected during checkout and no contact has been made by the buyer to arrange collection, within 3 working days.

If we do cancel your contract we will notify you by e-mail and will re-credit to your account any sum deducted by us from your credit card as soon as possible but in any event within 30 days of your order.

We reserve the right to withdraw any products from this website at anytime and/or remove or edit any materials or content on this website. We may refuse to process a transaction for any reason or refuse service to anyone at any time at our sole discretion.
